Our Happiness Promise: If your child isn’t completely delighted with their new toy, we’ll gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange!
📋 Return Process – As Easy as Child’s Play!
Step 1: Contact Our Toy Experts
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
Step 2: Wait for Instructions
Our customer care team will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions. We’re usually much faster – because we know waiting is hard when you’re excited about toys!
Step 3: Package and Ship
Please return items in their original packaging with all tags and accessories. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference

🚫 Items We Cannot Accept Returns For
To ensure the health and safety of all the children who enjoy our toys, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened Clay, Putty & Compounds – For hygiene reasons
- Kids’ Crafts that have been opened or partially used
- Stuffed Animals without their original tags and packaging
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of wear
🌍 International Returns
Since we ship worldwide (except some remote areas in Asia), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until the return is processed.
