Our Happiness Promise
We stand behind every toy in our collection. If you or your little one aren’t completely delighted with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
📦 How to Return an Item
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
Our customer care team will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions. We’re usually much faster – because we know waiting is hard when you’re excited about a new toy!
Please return items in their original packaging with all tags and accessories. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

💰 Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
🚫 Items We Cannot Accept Returns For
To ensure the health and safety of all the children who enjoy our toys, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened Clay, Putty & Compounds – For hygiene reasons, we cannot resell these once opened
- Kids’ Crafts that have been opened or partially used
- Stuffed Animals without their original tags and packaging
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of wear
🔄 Exchange Policy
Prefer a different toy? We’re happy to help with exchanges!
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- We’ll cover the shipping cost for your replacement item!
🌍 International Returns
Since we ship worldwide (except some remote areas in Asia), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until the return is processed.
